Summerdale Volunteer Fire Department

The Summerdale Volunteer Fire Department is dedicated to protecting life and property through fire prevention, fire suppression, emergency medical services, and public education. Our department is comprised of approximately 45–50 active volunteer members who are highly trained and committed to serving our community.

We maintain volunteers at the station 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to ensure a rapid and reliable response to emergencies at all times.

In addition to emergency response, our department conducts fire safety inspections, provides fire prevention education to schools and community groups, and participates in community events to promote fire safety awareness.

The Public Works Department is responsible for maintaining and improving the town's infrastructure, including streets, water and sewer systems, parks, and public facilities. Our team works diligently to ensure that Summerdale's infrastructure meets the needs of our growing community.

Services provided by Public Works include road maintenance, water and sewer system operations, street lighting, park maintenance, and facility management. We are committed to providing reliable, efficient services to all residents.
